We had demand for our product but our customers almost all of whom are international could not get credit for close to the first half. We had however a great second half. Lessons? Don't be a banker (we all know how well they did) .Make a great product be patient and the business will come back. Value your people, in a technical business the decision to lay off should be painful not the first impulse. You can use the time for training and improving your systems.
