Dyneon PFA X 6910N Copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorinated comonomers 3M-Dyneon Fluoropolymer Coatings Dyneon™ PFA Fluorothermoplastic Dyneon™ PFA (a polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorovinylether) has exceptional heat resistance, excellent electrical properties and excellent chemical and weather resistance. PFA is used in molded valves, pumps, tanks, filters and pipes, in heat trace cables and in wire for appliances, computers and in the aerospace industry. It is also used in several chemical industry and home appliance coatings applications. This product line was recently expanded to include ultra high purity (UHP) grades for applications requiring low metal and anion extractables and low outgassing. Dyneon™ Fluorothermoplastic PFA X 6910N PFA X 6910N is a PFA water based dispersion suitable for coating applications. PFA X 6910N is an aqueous PFA dispersion, with approximately 22% solids. It is utilized in system formulation and in combination with PTFE dispersions, binding resins and pigments. It has very fine particle size and can be used for sealing fine-pored substrates. Dyneon PFA X 6910N is a 22% solids fluorothermoplastic aqueous dispersion. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorinated comonomers, with a melt viscosity several orders of magnitude lower than PTFE. It is utilized in coating system formulations and in combination with PTFE dispersions, binding resins and pigments. Due to its small particle size, PFA X 6910N can be utilized for sealing extremely fine-pored substrates. Very fine particle size Good thermoplastic machinability Outstanding soil and dirt repellency Excellent UV stability Aqueous dispersion of copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorinated comonomers. Used for coating applications. Can be used in combination with PTFE dispersions, binding resins and pigments. Offers very fine particle size, good thermoplastic machinability, outstanding soil and dirt repellency and very good UV stability. Provides very good heat resistance, electrical properties and chemical and weather resistance.
