This versatile binder provides the following benefits superior scrub or wet-abrasion resistance, excellent ambient and low temperature touch-up properties, excellent durability, alkali and efflorescence resistance for exterior masonry paints, superior freeze-thaw stability, high critical PVC, excellent fusion characteristics and low-temperature performance, improved acceptance for universal color systems, excellent flexibility. In addition to its use in architectural coatings, it is also an excellent binder for use in specialty applications such as block fillers, textures, elastomerics, mastics and roof coatings.
