Compared with other products of this type, it has a much lower viscosity and a markedly faster thin film set time. Gel time is also much shorter. It possesses excellent resistance to blush and exudation, excellent flexibility and impact resistance, noncritical loading of between 70–100 phr, including 1:1 by volume with standard liquid epoxy resins (improved chemical resistance attainable at 70 phr loading, whereas at 100 phr, flexibility and impact resistance are increased), DOT noncorrosive. It is used in primers for steel and concrete, adhesives, putties, sealants and flexible cable joint compounds, high-solids coatings for maintenance and marine applications. An amidoamine.
