ABC-6 for use in formulations requiring activation temperatures higher than 410°F, ABC-6 is suggested at 2.0 phr. Normally 10% to 20% replacement of the primary stabilizer-activator is sufficient. In addition, ABC-6 may be used in printing inks for use in rotogravure patterning. This process and the resulting product is described in Congoleum-Nairn’s U.S. Patents 3,293,094 and 3,293,108. The best quality foam is produced when the fusion temperature of the plastisol is matched with the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent.
