Lankroflex ED6 is epoxy ester and is a good low temperature plasticiser and effective co-stabiliser in flexible PVC formulations. Its low viscosity and low solvation action are particularly beneficial in plastisol formulations to improve their rheology characteristics, both as manufactured and after extended storage. Lankroflex ED6 possesses an advantage over other epoxy plsticisers in that it does not winterise at low temperatures, and therefore is more easily handled in cold climates. Addition Level of Rigid PVC formulations is 0.5 to 3.0 phr. and Flexible PVC formulations is 3.0 to 8.0 phr.
