Lankroflex L is the most powerful thermal costabiliser of the epoxies on the range, and is recommended for the most critical applications. It has certain food approvals, and is often preferred in medical products, because of the lower dose level necessary to attain a given level of stabilisation. It confers excellent resistance to extraction by water, oils and solvents, and has a much higher viscosity than the other types of epoxy. Linseed oil tend to winterise at temperatures below 15oC, but no hard is done to the product. It will return to a clear liquid as the temperature rises.
