Lankrostat NP6 Nonionic Akzo Nobel-Akcros Chemicals Western Europe Central and Eastern Europe Antistatic agent Viscosity depressant Lankrostat NP6 is antistatic agents and viscosity modifiers for plasticised PVC. This group of antistatic agents has been designed primarily for use in reduction of the electrical resistivity of PVC and consequently in the prevention of static charge build-up. Lankrostat NP6 tends to produce somewhat lower antistatic performance compared to the other products listed above. However its lower price can provide good cost-effective performance. Lankrostat NP6 is also a well established and widely used viscosity depressant, providing effective and economic depression of PVC plastisol viscosity combined with excellent air release characteristics. It has the added advantage of F.D.A. approval under regulation 178.3400.
