It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products. BERMOCOLL EBM 1000 is a medium viscosity grade of methyl ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. BERMOCOLL EBM 1000 is used in latex paints for thickening and stabilizing effects, particularly when high storage viscosity combined with low application viscosity is required. Normal dosage is 0.2 - 0.7 % calculated on the total paint weight. Non-ionic, methyl ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. Used in latex paints. Offers improved consistency and stability.
