It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products. BERMOCOLL EBM 5500 is a high viscosity grade of methyl ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. BERMOCOLL EBM 5500 is used in latex paints for thickening and stabilizing effects, particularly when high storage viscosity combined with low application viscosity is required.
