It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products. GABROSA PAC 30000 is a high viscosity grade of Poly Anionic Cellulose (PAC). GABROSA PAC 30000 is used in latex paints for thickening and stabilizing effects. Normal dosage in paints is 0.3 - 0.6 % calculated on the total paint weight. GABROSA PAC 30000 is easily dispersed in cold water of pH 8 or less. After dispersion the pH should be increased to a level of 10 or higher to achieve complete dissolution. Low viscosity, poly anionic cellulose ether. Used in latex paints. Offers improved consistency. Possesses improved stability and water retention.
