Snowtack 742B Disproportionated rosin Akzo Nobel-Eka chemicals Snowtack 742B is a 53% solids water-borne tackifier dispersion. It is 100% solvent free. The resin component is a high grade disproportionated rosin. The dispersion has a very fine size with a narrow distribution curve. Is now (APE) alkylphenol ethoxylate free. Is especially designed to exhibit higher cohesive strength and good water resistance. Is designed to enhance the pressure sensitive adhesive properties of a wide range of acrylic, SBR and other synthetic water-borne polymers. It generally will improve the adhesive performance to both high and low energy surfaces. Has proven to ewhibit good mechanical stability when properly formulated and handled. Solvent-free, alkylphenol ethoxylate free, water-borne dispersion of high grade disproportionated rosin. Used as a tackifier in pressure sensitive adhesives based on acrylic, SBR and other synthetic water-borne polymers. Improves adhesive performance to both high and low energy surfaces. Shows good mechanical stability, higher cohesive strength and good water resistance.
