Poly-Q 40-480 Ethylene diamine based polyether polyol Arch Chemicals Polyurethane (PU) - Polyols >> Polyether Coatings Poly-Q®*polyether polyols are based on ethylene diamine initiator. These four hydroxyl groups provide reactive sites for polyurethane reactions. The series is comprised of six products ranging in molecular weight of 280 to 4000. These products are typically used in rigid foam and elastomer applications to impart improved reactivity and cross-linking. Poly-Q 40-480 was designed to provide more flexibility in comparison to 40-770 due to longer alkoxylated chains. It possesses low viscosity for easier processing, high functionality, mproved hardness, heat and chemical resistance, durability and scratch resistance, high reactivity, lower catalyst demand better batch consistency and lower catalyst costs.
