Crayvallac WS-1147 PTFE modified polyethylene wax Atofina-Cray Valley Scratch/ Srcub/ Mar resistance agent >> Wax >> Polyeththylene wax Inks >> Water-based Coatings >> Solventborne Coatings >> Waterborne Inks >> Solvent-based Can Coating Coil Coating General Industrial /Maintenance INKS >> Varnishes / Over print varnish CRAYVALLAC WS-1147 is a 40% active dispersion of PTFE modified polyethylene wax in isopropanol, conforming to FDA 175.300. It provides the following benefits when used in coating applications pre-dispersed, excellent storage stability, imparts excellent scuff, rub and heat resistance, enhances slip. The low viscosity and high active content of this dispersion, together with freedom from dust, assist the efficiency of manufacturing processes. CRAYVALLAC WS-1147 with its PTFE provides the formulator with the means of controlling the frictional characteristics of a coating as well as enhancing its surface protection properties. It is used in the water-based and solvent-based applications such as liquid inks, can and coil coatings, general industrial coatings and overprint varnishes. Due to its outstanding heat resistance properties, CRAYVALLAC WS-1147 is well suited for heat seal applications e.g. snack food packs. Active dispersion of polyethylene wax in isopropanol. Used in the water-based and solvent-based applications such as liquid inks, can and coil coatings, general industrial coatings and overprint varnishes. Provides very good storage stability. Enhances slip. Imparts excellent scuff, rub and heat resistance. Possesses pre-dispersed, low viscosity and high active content.
