NeoCryl B-813 Methacrylic copolymer Avecia-NeoResins Acrylic Resins Printing Inks & Varnishes Soluble in ethanol, esters, ketones and aromatic solvents NeoCryl B-813 is a methacrylic copolymer designed specifically to dissolve in short chain alcohols (eg. ethanol) for flexo printing. Heating up to 50 o C is needed to prepare a clear solution of NeoCryl B-813 in ethanol. Ethanol is used in combination with ester type solvents or IPA to obtain solutions of low viscosity. NeoCryl B-813 is also soluble in esters, aromatic and ketones and is completely compatible with RS and SS Nitrocellulose, CAP, CAB, Acrylic and other resins commonly used in printing inks.
