NeoCryl B-814 Acrylic copolymer Avecia-NeoResins Acrylic Resins Printing Inks & Varnishes Soluble in ethanol, esters, ketones, aromatic and chlorinated solvents NeoCryl B-814 is a solid acrylic copolymer with high ethanol tolerance for use in Flexo printing inks on paper, films and foil. NeoCryl B-814 is used in inks that require fast solvent release, good printability, heat seal resistance and excellent adhesion to cellophane PVC and other film substrates. NeoCryl B-814 is also soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic and chlorinated solvents. To obtain clear solutions in ethanol, a small amount of ester has to be added or temperature has to be raised to 50°C. NeoCryl B-814 is compatible with Nitrocellulose AS, SS and RS, CAB, CAP, Polyamide, Vinyl resins and various Acrylic resins.
