Low-viscosity liquid Basonat HB 175 MP/X is suitable for crosslinking most hydroxyacrylic resins (eg, Lumitol ® grades) and hydroxylic polyesters. Basonat HB 175 MP/X is used to make coatings with very good stability to light and excellent outdoor performance. Sometimes aliphatic polyiso-cyanates are even used in primers for coating aluminium, plastics and other difficult substrates (eg, composites).
