Wax emulsion to improve the surface properties in aqueous furniture and parquet coatings as well as in aqueous printing inks. The additive is recommended to increase scratch resistance, anti-blocking and rub resistance. The additive contains nonylphenol-ethoxylate. A nonylphenol-ethoxylate-fee version is available as AQUACER® 552 Non-ionic aqueous emulsion of an oxidized polyethylene wax (HDPE). Used in furniture and parquet coatings and printing inks. Offers increased scratch resistance, anti-blocking and rub resistance.
