Defoamer for aqueous systems to prevent foam during paint production, filling and application. It is especially suitable for aqueous 2-pack systems to destroy the foam which is created when the hardener is added. Additionally it can be used in all other types of aqueous coatings including clears. BYK®-011 contains no silicone and no mineral oil and can be utilized to defoam ultrafilrates. Mixture of hydrophobic solids and foam destroying polymers, silicone-free. Used in paints and coatings.
