Silicone defoamer for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems to prevent foam and bubble formation during paint production, filling and application. BYK®-070 was developed for medium to high polarity systems and is successfully used in the following resins: thermoplastic acrylics, chlorinated rubber, PU, alkyd/urea, alkyd/melamine, acrylic/melamine.
