Arcol Polyol PPG-1025 Polypropylene glycol 25322-69-4 Bayer MaterialScience Polyurethane (PU) - Polyols >> Polyether Inks Coatings >> Solventborne Coatings >> Waterborne PPG-1025 is a 1000 molecular weight polypropylene glycol used in a broad range of urethane and other applications. This polyol is one of a series of propylene oxide adducts of diol starters. The material contains only secondary hydroxyl groups and thus has slow controlled reactivity. This polyol is compatible with most polyether polyols and can be blended with other diols or triols to achieve desirable modifications of product properties. PPG-1025 has potential utility in various application areas including: Coatings, Adhesives (Solvent and Water-based), Caulks, Sealants, Elastomers, Potting Compounds, Tire Fill, Humectants, Defoamers, Inks, Lubrication, Metalworking, Antistatic Agents, Crude Oil Deemulsification and Plasticizers. Propylene oxide adduct of diol starters. Used in solvent and water-based coatings, and inks. Contains secondary hydroxyl groups. Offers slow controlled reactivity and compatibility with most polyether polyols. Can be blended with other diols or triols.
