Arcol Polyol PPG-2000 Polypropylene glycol 25322-69-4 Bayer MaterialScience Polyurethane (PU) - Polyols >> Polyether Inks Coatings >> Solventborne Coatings >> Waterborne PPG-2000 is a 2000 molecular weight polypropylene glycol used in a broad range of ure-thane and other applications. This polyol is one of a series of propylene oxide adducts of diol starters. The material contains only secondary hydroxyl groups and thus has slow controlled reactivity. This polyol is compatible with most polyether polyols and can be blended with other diols or triols to achieve desirable modifications of product properties. PPG-2000 has potential utility in various application areas including: Deck Coatings, Adhesives (Solvent and Water-based), Plywood Patch, Flooring (Seamless and Sports), Elastomers, Clay Pipe Sealants, Tire Fill, Humectants, Defoamers, Inks, Lubrication, Metalworking, Antistatic Agents, Crude Oil De-emulsification and Plasticizers. Propylene oxide adduct of diol starters. Used in solvent and water-based deck coatings and inks. Contains secondary hydroxyl groups. Offers slow controlled reactivity and compatibility with most polyether polyols. Can be blended with other diols or triols.
