Baybond 2019L Aliphatic polyurethane Bayer MaterialScience Polyurethane (PU) - Polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) Baybond® 2019L is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion in water. Baybond 2019L, due to its small particle size, is useful in preparing room temperature fused films which show excellent resistance to water spotting. The best film properties are achieved at fusion temperatures above 150° C. Polyblends with Baybond 2019L exhibit enhanced film strength and low temperature flexibility. Baybond 2019L is readily crosslinked with melamines for applications where a thermoset coating or adhesive is necessary. Aliphatic polyurethane dispersion.
