The dispersion has a very low content of volatile organic compounds. It is used for masonry paints, primers, interior paints, low emission latex paints, low emission, resin-bound plasters and textured coatings, deep shade paints, external wall insulating systems and fillers, putties and levelling grouts. Mowilith LDM 1880 is especially suitable for the formulation of solvent-and/or plasticizer-free interior coating systems like paints and resin-bound plasters with low odour. The fields of application cover high pvc paints with outstanding scrub resistance as well as latex paints with good anti-blocking properties. Paints based on Mowilith LDM 1880 can be made thixotropic by organic titanates. Results of accelerated and outdoor weathering tests demonstrate that Mowilith LDM 1880 is also suitable for exterior coatings.
