The product is supplied in a solvent carrier consisting of ethylene glycol. It is recommended for all water-borne coatings having a pH of 7-11; including coatings formulated with acrylic/ styrenated acrylic latex emulsions, and water-borne polymer dispersions of alkyds, epoxies, urethanes and others.
