Hordamer W12-35 Oxidized polyethylene wax Clariant-Dick Peters Antiblocking agent >> Wax Wax >> Polyethylene wax Inks Printing Inks & Varnishes Hordamer W12-35 is an aqueous emulsion based on a high-melting oxidized polyethylene wax with an anionic emulsifier. Hordamer W12-35 is used there, where hardness, gloss and scrape-resistance is required. The emulsion is more water and alcohol resistant in dry-brightemulsions than any other non-ionic emulsion. The antiblocking properties in lacquers and printing inks are improved and the Cobbs-test results are not influenced negatively. Hordamer W12-35 can also be applied as a protective thin layer in the glassindusty. In the metallindustry Hordamer W12-35 is used as a lubricant, for metal deep-drawing especially for non-ferrometal. Aqueous emulsion based on a high-melting oxidized polyethylene wax with an anionic emulsifier. Used to provide good antiblock properties in lacquers and printing inks without influencing negatively the Cobbs-test. Offers hardness, gloss and scrape-resistance.
