Permanol HN3 contains a special cross-linking agent that gives a hydrophobic water-repellent film. Permanol HN3 can be combined with all known polymer dispersions, resin solutions, plasticizers, surfactants etc. Permanol HN3 distinguishes itself by high light stability, hardness and anti-blocking properties. In floorpolishes, it gives en excellent rubber mark resistance. In water bases lacquers and inks, Permanol HN3 the product is responsible for superior abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties.
