Upon neutralisation this resin develops high viscosity at relative low solids content. Alkaline solutions exhibit very regular dilution curves. Combined with excellent reversibility and good pigment wetting this enables the ink formulator to produce cost effective inks for flexo onto paper and board. It is used for low solids let-down varnishes for flexo, rheology modifier for water based inks and transfer aid. It possesses alkyl phenol ethoxylate free, flexible, good pigment binding, very regular dilution curve. An APEO free, alkali soluble acrylic copolymer dispersion. Used in varnishes for flexo. Possesses flexible and good pigment binding.
