TYZOR titanium acetylacetonates are yellow to red colored organic alkoxy flammable liquids. They are relatively stable in water for short periods of time and will slowly react with water to form a precipitate. Main use of TYZOR titanium acetylacetonates is for adhesion promotion. However it is frequently used for crosslinking in nonaqueous systems, catalysis, surface modification. Used in coatings to give surface hardness, adhesion promotion, improved dispersibility, coloring effects, heat and light reflection and corrosion resistance, for crosslinking of paints binders, as a binder component for high temperature paints, and for crosslinking of ink giving better drying, solvent resistance, heat resistance and adhesion to substrates such as aluminium and polyolefins foils. Suits for printing inks, industrial paints, corrosion protection and waterborne paints. Yellow to red colored, flammable titanium acetylacetonate.
