Tyzor BTP n-Butyl polytitanate 9022-96-2 DuPont Catalyst / Accelerator >> Organometallic Crosslinking / Coupling / Curing Agents Marine /Anti-Corrosive / Protective >> Heavy duty (anti-corrosive) General Industrial /Maintenance Soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, (>C2), esters DuPont TYZOR BTP, n-butyl polytitanate, titanium tetrabutanolate, polymer, is a reactive organic polymeric alkoxy titanate with 100 % active content ; it is partial condensate of TYZOR TBT. TYZOR BTP is a yellowish organic flammable liquid. The main uses of TYZOR BTP are for titanate based binder, crosslinking in nonaqueous systems, catalysis and surface modification. Used in coatings to give surface hardness, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, adhesion promotion, improved dispersibility, coloring effects, heat and light reflection, iridescence and compatibility with solvents, and for crosslinking of paints binders, adhesion promotion and binder for high temperature paints. Suits for industrial paints, wire enamels and corrosion protection. Yellowish, flammable, reactive titanium tetrabutanolate with 100 % active content. Partial condensate of TYZOR TBT.
