It reduces the surface tension in solvent based coating systems. Addition of Dynoadd F-301 contributes to improved flow and leveling. Surface defects like craters, cissing and pinholes are eliminated. Dynoadd F-301 is more polar than Dynoadd F-3/F-300 and gives improved performance in some systems. Greater polarity contributes to good pigment wetting and improved adhesion in some systems. Dynoadd F-301 is completely soluble in solvents like aromatic hydrocarbons, glycol ethers, esters and alcohols. It is not soluble in water. It possesses excellent flow / leveling, improves substrate wetting, improved compatibility in polar systems, eliminates craters and pinholes.
