In emulsion systems, it improves surface gloss, aids recoatability, and gives good coalescing of emulsion polymers. It is used as additive for automotive paints, coatings, solvents,coalescing aid ,coatings for plastic ,stripper formulations. Blend of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and ethylene glycol.
