M-P-A 3000 MS Elementis Rheology Modifier/ Thickener >> Organowax Coatings >> Solventborne Pigment concentrates mineral spirits M-P-A 3000 MS Anitsettling Agent M-P-A 3000 MS is a liquid, 20% solids antisettling additive in Mineral Spirits. This highly effective, pourable additive is best suited to aliphatic solvent based systems where pigment suspension is not totally satisfactory when using only viscosity-building rheological additives. M-P-A 3000 MS also efectively provides sag resistance in certain systems. Features & Advantages Pourable liquid-Easy to handle Increases plant throughput Allows more accurate weighing Disperses faster than powders and pastes Eliminates the need to predilute. Excellent rheology - Provides excellent pigment suspension, Provides sag control in certain systems ,Allows co-use with other rheological additives Long term stability- Improves paint quality,Lowers reject rate M-P-A 3000 MS is designed for use in aliphatic solvent based systems for pigment suspension properties especially in high solids systems. This highly efficient pourable additive is best suited to systems where pigment suspension is not totally satisfactory when using only viscosity building rheological additives. M-P-A 3000 MS also effectively provides sag control in certain systems. The optimum level of M-P-A 3000 MS will vary depending on the type of system and other rheological additives used. A typical starting level is 0.8% to 2.5% based on the total system weight. An incorporation ladder study is recommended. Highly efficient, pourable organic rheological additive.
