PLIOTEC® 7104 is a waterborne resin designed to provide very tough, flexible and abrasion resistant coatings. The resin’s composition and resulting glass temperature permits the formulation of coating with VOC levels less than 250 grams per liter. PLIOTEC® 7104 is ideally suited for producing high gloss to matt coatings for application on masonry, stucco, concrete and other interior and exterior surfaces. PLIOTEC® 7104 has the following characteristics excellent adhesion to concrete and ferrous metals, excellent pigment binding capability, good water resistance, good UV resistance, good flexibility, heat-shear stable, tough, abrasion resistant films, easy and economical processing, freeze / thaw stable and high gloss.
