PLIOTEC® 7104E is a waterborne resin designed to provide very tough, flexible and abrasion resistant coatings. This resin is stabilized with phenol free surfactant. The resin’s composition and resulting glass temperature permits the formulation of coating with VOC levels less than 150 grams per liter. PLIOTEC® 7104E is ideally suited for producing high gloss to matt coatings for application on masonry, stucco, concrete and other interior and exterior surfaces. PLIOTEC® 7104E has the following characteristics excellent adhesion to concrete and ferrous metals, excellent pigment binding capability, good water resistance, good UV resistance, good flexibility, heat-shear stable, tough, abrasion resistant films, easy and economical processing, freeze / thaw stable and high gloss. PLIOTEC® 7104E is an extremely efficient, cost effective resin for concrete stain, concrete floor coating, waterproofing sealer and metal protection.
