These paints can be pigmented and unpigmented and based on acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl acetate co-polymers and urethane-acrylic dispersions and alkyd emulsions. The AQUAFLOW range of products are liquid materials and can be added easily during the paint manufacturing process. The products allow for excellent levelling, spatter resistance and can be combined to deliver the required viscosity for spray, roller and brush applications. AQUAFLOW NHS 300 optimizes the high shear viscosity of a paint. Alkyd-like flow can be generated with these materials in waterborne coating systems based on the above mentioned binder systems. The products allow paint manufacturers to formulate cost effectively and satisfy a very broad range of rheology demands. AQUAFLOW NHS 300 is extremely efficient in delivering high film build by increasing the high shear viscosity. This new range of non-ionic rheology modifiers is intended to replace urethane-based associative thickeners (HEUR) yielding the best fit at lowest cost. FORMULATING BENEFITS More controlled thickening response Excellent flow and levelling Full gloss development Exceptional spatter resistance Cost effective Broad Rheology Profile Easy optimization of rheology profile Full film build Excellent scrub resistance Easy to incorporate Less critical to dosing Bio-stable Balanced cost/performance pH insensitive Rheology modifier, solvent - free, nonionic associative polymer solution designed to increase high-shear viscosity and provide superior flow and leveling in latex paints. Compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl acetate co-polymers and urethane-acrylic dispersions and alkyd emulsions. Excellent levelling, spatter resistance and can be combined to deliver the required viscosity for spray, roller and brush applications. Provides more controlled thickening response, full gloss development, full film build, excellent scrub resistance. Easy to incorporate, less critical to dosing, bio-stable, pH insensitive.
