The resulting powder coatings are designed for exterior use. Good for low-gloss coatings when dry-blended with ALBESTER 5400. Provides good solvent resistance and hardness. The resulting coatings exhibit excellent exterior durability, flow and mechanical properties, better hardness and solvent resistance compared with a 93:7 system.
