BETHOGUARD is thermal stable up to 170 °C. Photodegradation occurs in strongly diluted waterbased systems. Paints & stains containing BETHOGUARD as a filmpreservative or bluestain agent, give excellent long term outdoor protection. BETHOGUARD is very low water soluble (33.4 mg/L, 20 °C) and non volatile. BETHOGUARD is a broadspectrum mouldicide and algaecide. For filmpreservation concentrations ranging between 0,15 - 0,5 % w/w or combinations with other film preservatives are recommended. Stable in solvent borne and aqueous formulations Environmentally acceptable Metal-free, halogen-free, non volatile bethoxazin.
