ESACURE KT 55 is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of U.V. curable systems when high reactivity, low migration, low curing odour and low yellowing are required. ESACURE KT 55 is used in combination with suitable coinitiators such as tertiary amines. ( eg. Esacure A 122, Esacure A 144 ) ESACURE KT 55 is no crystallising product even at temperature below 0°C. Main suggested applications are in the manufacturing of: coatings for flooring, OPV, clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal and optical fibres, printing inks. Optimum concentration is between 0.5 and 5% by weight and depending on system composition, thickness, and desired cure-speed.
