LESLIE, MI -- Release Coating 8012 is a solvent based paste wax that remains
thicker longer while delivering effective release and complete coverage. Molders need to apply
Release Coating 8012 less often. This new heavy duty paste wax from Huron Technologies, Inc.
saves time for molding operations. Release Coating 8012 is formulated for use in
manufacturers' molds along vertical surfaces, vents, on pins and wire locators.
Robust firm paste - Release Coating 8012 maintains the paste-like consistency to
accommodate high ambient plant temperatures up to 110°F, and effortlessly clings to
vertical mold surfaces, coating previously hard-to-reach areas
Simple application - Brush or wipe apply without complicated spray equipment
Applications: flexible, integral skin, semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foam molding including
high speed automotive seating operations.
Release Coating 8012 is one of a broad line of paste wax products developed by Huron
