Cappelle Pigments Launches High Purity Pigments for a Range of Ink Applications

SpecialChem - Aug 24, 2012

Cappelle Pigments NV announces the launch of 2 chemical "High Purity" pigments suitable for ink applications, where a high chemical purity is required.

  • Diacetanil Orange HP 3428C (PO34)
  • Carmine HP 7638C (PR176)

Cappelle Pigments NV has launched 2 products in his range which distinguish themselves from the rest of the market by a "High Chemical Purity". The pigments are usable in a broad range of inks where a high chemical purity is required like food packaging and personal care products.

Both products have been introduced on the market with "High chemical Purity" specifications. The critical choice of raw materials and a proprietary production process based on "good manufacturing practice" methodology allow us to reach a more pure pigment, satisfying the most stringent end-user requirements.

These grades are introduced to guarantee a specific chemical purity and reduce migration risk, minimizing the risks for carcinogenic, mutagenic, skin irritation an-sensitization effects.
