Request for sample--terms and conditions
To obtain a product sample, please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you have questions or are unable to agree to any condition, please select "I do not agree"; information will be provided for contacting customer service. By selecting "I agree," you agree to all terms and conditions.
My requested sample will not be used to manufacture any product for use in medical applications involving brief, temporary, or permanent implantation in the human body; or brief, temporary, or permanent contact with internal human body fluids or tissues. Please see the DuPont medical caution statement.
I further acknowledge my acceptance of restrictions and/or recommendations for using DuPont Titanium Technologies products in the following specific applications:
Plastic pipe or potable water pipe applications-For applications requiring NSF-approved grades in the production of plastic pipe or potable water pipe, R-100, R-101, R-102, R-103, R-104, R-700, and R-900 are approved and recommended.
For products recommended for indirect food uses, please refer to: US FDA, Europe, and Product Stewardship.
DuPont Titanium Technologies products do not meet the criteria for direct food end uses.
