Color and Tinctorial strength
Disazo condensation have color in the whole spectrum, from yellow, through orange
and bluish red, to brown. They have moderately good tinctorial strength.
Uses
Disazo pigments are essentially used for the coloration of plastics. But specific
products (such as CI Pigment Yellow 128) are used in paints, including automotive
original finishes.
Price
Disazo condensation pigments are relatively difficult to manufacture and reasonably
expensive.
