Hyperdispersants differentiate themselves from standard dispersing
agents through considerably higher molecular weights and optimum long term storage
stability. Compared to the latter, they allow low foaming (especially in waterborne
systems), improved pigment stability and a significant increase in tinctorial properties.
They have been specifically developed to help overcome some of the problems
caused by changes in technology due to their ability to successfully
wet and stabilize pigments as well as to reduce the effect of the dispersed pigment
