Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersions (PUDs) are low in content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) or do not contain any VOC at all and offer the formulator a good alternative if solvent reduction or elimination is the objective. Formulations based on polyurethane dispersions technology allow for compliance with environmental regulations that are increasingly stringent in many countries and regions.
The switch to Polyurethane Dispersions technology does not compromise technical performance. Most technical requirements of traditional formulations can be met with polyurethane dispersions as well.
