The Challenge
The first requirement for exterior paints is an excellent hiding power to avoid the need of applying multiple layers. Furthermore, exterior paints must meet several requirements such as durability (anti-ageing and color retention) and adhesion on various substrates. On top of that health and safety are key concerns which lead to a higher need of eco-friendly resins (low VOC).
